What is the first thing you do when you wake up?
I wake up at 7am and get ready for school. In the afternoon, I spend time with my family and friends. I finish my homework and go to bed at 10pm.

Wake Time: The time when you wake up in the morning, usually to start your day. Daily Routine: A fixed, regular and repeated pattern of behavior that is followed daily. Bed Time: The time when you go to sleep in the evening, usually to end your day.
Most people have a more productive day if they start with a morning routine. The average human spends 1/3 of their life sleeping. It takes about 66 days to form a new habit.
