Flag Football Rules
Teams consist of 5-7 players on the field at a time. Players must wear a belt with flags attached to it around their waist. If a flag is pulled, the player is considered 'tackled'. You get a certain amount of downs/tackles (turns with the ball) to score a touchdown. If you use them up it is the other team's ball. We will start with 5 downs per turnover. Each play starts with the 'snapper' passing the ball backwards through their legs to the Quarter back. If you start with the ball in your own half, when you cross the halfway line you get a new set of 'downs'.
