✍🏻 Curipod Quick Writes The Curipod Quick Write series is designed to get students excited about reading and writing. It engages students in simple writing experiences that teach them how to think like writers, build confidence, find their voice, and promote fluency. Curipod Quick Writes are TEKS and CCSS aligned. 🌟 Starboard Trouble (The Beginning) - Argumentative Quick Write This is the first episode in the "Starboard Trouble" series. In this episode, students take on the role of a curious young adventurer who receives a mysterious birthday gift: an old map and a riddle. The students will read through the descriptions of the locations marked on the map and cite evidence from the riddle to decide where they should go. If they successfully solve this puzzle, they will chart a course to sail the seas in Episode #2.
