Students will learn more about listening to many voices by identifying perspectives about ideas related to government leading up to the American Revolution and the creation of our government. Students will read about some ideas that influenced the founding documents, including lessons learned from the English tradition, the growth of self-government in the colonies, and the impact of Enlightenment thinkers
