The city needs someone with the best claim, evidence, and reasoning skills in the city to find the artifact and collect the reward . . . The city needs YOU! Students must follow the clues and choose between three possible locations. Will they lead their team to the missing artifact, or will they go home empty handed? Use this story-based writing activity to practice writing short argumentative responses with a claim, evidence, and reasoning. To customize the lesson, type in a city for the search, then select your grade level and a literary device to include in the text. Adventure awaits!
