Practice ECR informational composition for the STAAR test. This generator allows you to add a passage and a standard, to generate a writing prompt. Your students will write an in-depth response by explaining, analyzing, and evaluating, the information provided. The students receive feedback and a grade as an integrated part of the lesson. You add * Passage: Upload a passage of your choice. (If you don't have a PDF, screenshot from the website, or take a picture of your textbook passage) * Standard: A reading or writing standard you want your students to practice, e.g. “ Infer basic themes supported by text evidence” * Grade: Add your grade level.
