Understanding Emotional Health
Emotional health is a state of well-being in which you can cope with life’s stresses, build strong relationships, and recover from life’s setbacks. It is important to take care of your emotional health by learning how to express and manage your feelings, communicate effectively, and build healthy relationships. Creating healthy habits, such as getting enough sleep and exercise, can also help you maintain your emotional health.

Research has found that the more time we spend feeling grateful, the better our emotional health is. Studies have found that the quality of our sleep has a direct effect on our emotional health and overall well-being.
