Fitness testing assesses physical health & abilities. It involves completing specific tests to measure cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, body composition, and more. It helps identify areas for improvement & track progress over time.

Fitness Test: A physical test used to measure physical fitness level by assessing strength, agility, balance, and endurance. Maximal Oxygen Uptake (VO2max): The maximum amount of oxygen that can be taken in and used during exercise. Flexibility: The range of motion around a joint that can be achieved with proper warm up and stretching. Maximal Aerobic Speed: Minimal running velocity at which VO2max occurs
