Maximal Oxygen Uptake (VO2max): The maximum amount of oxygen that can be taken in and used during exercise. Flexibility: The range of motion around a joint that can be achieved with proper warm up and stretching. Maximal Aerobic Speed: Minimal running velocity at which VO2max occurs
