Character strengths are the qualities that make you unique and make you stand out from the crowd. Developing your character strengths can help you succeed in school, work, and relationships. There are 24 character strengths that everyone can work on to become the best version of themselves.
Grit: Grit is the determination to keep going, to not give up, even when faced with difficulty or failure. Grit is a combination of passion and perseverance.
Self-Control: Self-control is the ability to pause and think before responding to a situation. It involves regulating one's emotions, thoughts, and behaviors when faced with difficult choices.
Optimism: Optimism is the ability to look on the bright side and to focus on the positive in any situation. It is the belief that things will work out, even when faced with challenges.
