Concepts:
What is your favorite season?
Each season lasts approximately three months because the Earth's tilt creates different amounts of sunlight throughout the year. The first day of the season is called the equinox and is when the sun is directly over the equator. The four seasons are not evenly divided. Spring and autumn have the nearly the same amount of days, while summer has the most and winter the least.
