What is time management?
Prioritization - the process of determining which tasks should be given a higher priority in order to achieve desired goals. Time Blocking - an effective time management technique that involves breaking down your tasks into small chunks and assigning them specific times on your calendar. Focus - the ability to concentrate on one task at a time and to ignore any distractions.
Procrastination is often a symptom of perfectionism, which can be a barrier to effective time management. Creating a daily schedule helps to regulate sleep cycles and can improve physical and mental well-being.
