Group agreement
We want to have a safe and positive learning environment so that everyone feels comfortable. As a class we agree to: Respect what others say; no put-downs. Understand Other’s feelings, be sensitive, listen and respect their differences. No personal questions or stories from students or teachers. Discuss puberty topics responsibly outside the classroom. Use the correct names for body parts – ask if you can’t remember. Let the teacher know if you want to speak with them privately. Are there any others you think we should include? Remember... Giggling is ok! It is okay to pass on a question or activity if something feels too private.
