Cookies: Small pieces of data stored by a website on a user’s computer to identify them each time they visit the site. Phishing: A form of fraud in which attackers impersonate trustworthy entities, such as a bank, to extract sensitive data through emails or messages.

Data from your online activities can be stored for up to 5 years after you delete your accounts. Most websites track your IP address and online activities through cookies. Your internet service provider can monitor and sell your browsing history.
