Federal Grants: Funds from the federal government that are provided to an organization, institution, or individual to support a specific activity or purpose.
The State and Federal Grant Managers Advisory Group meeting is held annually in Washington D.C. for the purpose of networking and learning. The Advisory Group was created in 1975 and is the only organization dedicated to the collaboration of state and federal grant managers. The Advisory Group has developed a specialized Grant Management Professional Certification to recognize leaders in the field.
