(5 minute brainstorm) - Think about a member of staff that they are able to recognise 2 character strengths in. Write these down. (20 minutes) Provide examples of when you have seen these character strengths in action and write a note to the staff member relaying this information and why they chose these 2 character strengths.

This projet will be recorded on your Schoolbox page including : -card design, -how you hand delivered the card, and how it made the staff member feel.
