Google Drive has an internal versioning system which allows you to view, track and restore deleted files. Google Drive is capable of converting many types of files into Google Docs format. Google Drive stores all data on its servers in multiple locations across the globe for redundancy and security. Google Drive supports over 30 different file types, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Google Drive was originally launched as 'Google Docs' in 2006.
