What decisions would you make? You see you friend cheating on a math test. What do you do?
Work in pairs: Then share your ideas: You have been invited to two of your friends' parties on the same night. Whose party do you go to?
Honesty: Always tell the truth and be open and trustworthy. Integrity: Do the right thing even when no one is looking. A quality of adhering to strong moral and ethical principles. Respect: Show kindness and courtesy to all people. A positive feeling of admiration for someone or something that is honorable.
Test of Character: What Qualities Make a Good Person?
Talk with a partner. In an experiment, a lone person sees a thief trying to steal a woman's handbag. The experiment was conducted 10 times. How many people do you think tried to help the woman?
The bystander effect occurs when the presence of others discourages an individual from intervening in an emergency situation, against a bully, or during an assault or other crime. The greater the number of bystanders, the less likely it is for any one of them to provide help to a person in distress.
